Highlighting the 41st Annual Hampton Classic Horse Show is the $300,000 Hampton Classic Grand Prix Presented by LONGINES on Sunday, September 4th. In addition to the Grand Prix title, the world-class field of riders will be looking to win the LONGINES Rider Challenge that awards $30,000 to the rider who accumulates the most points in the horse show’s Open Jumper division. Horse Show runs Sunday, August 28 through Sunday, September 4th.
The Hampton Classic is famous not only for its world-class equestrian competition, but also for its celebrity sightings throughout the week. Among those attending in recent years include Matt Lauer, Jerry Seinfeld, Kelly Ripa, Sofia Vergara, Mary-Kate Olsen, Julianne Moore, Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, and Jennifer Lopez.

Competing will be many of the world’s top show jumping riders including some just back from the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. The final day of the Hampton Classic, also features the $25,000 Campbell Stables Jumping Derby and the $10,000 Hermès Hunter Classic.
