The East Hampton Historical Society is proud to announce their 2017 House & Garden Tour, showcasing some of the finest examples of historical and modern architecture in the Hamptons. This year’s tour — consisting of five unique houses — is scheduled for Saturday, November 25, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The East Hampton Historical Society’s House Tour Committee has creatively selected five houses that express the unique spirit of living on the East End. Tickets to the self-guided 2017 East Hampton House & Garden Tour are $65 in advance and $75 on the day of the tour. The Annual Family Holiday Fun Day Montauk on Sat, Nov 25th from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM at Montauk Yacht Club, 32 Star Island Road. The 6th Annual Lighting of The Lighthouse will be held on Saturday, November 25th at 4pm. Enjoy a spectacular view of the lighthouse as it gets dark and the Christmas Lights are lit. Take the Plunge, or Pledge a Plunger at the 4th Annual Shelter Island Turkey Plunge at Crescent Beach! Get ready to shiver on Nov. 25, with a frigid dip in the waters off Shelter Island. It’s all for a good cause, of course. Sponsored by the Friends of the Shelter Island Public Library, the annual Shelter Island Turkey Plunge benefits the library. Participants can either register online or at the library (37 N. Ferry Road).
