Serafina East Hampton announces the addition of a NEW Italian Burger special.  The new menu item will be available on Thursday, Friday and Sundays. The burger ($15) is 8 oz. of prime sirloin served with choice of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or swiss), lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled vegetables, salsa rosa (pink sauce) on the side served with hand-cut fries.  Come by and try it!
