Just in case you might have missed The Paws Across the Hamptons Dog Walk, on June 11 doesn’t mean your chance to help abandoned animals is over. KDH was thrilled to see a turnout of 200 charitable pooches and their owners walk the one mile course to benefit the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation.

Southampton author Karen LeFrak [pictured top] brought her beloved Standard Poodles, Miki and Gem, and Marilyn Pelstring strutted with her beautiful Standard, Minx.

The Second Annual Unconditional Love Cocktail Party will take place on July 16 from 6-8 pm at Ellen and Chuck Scarborough’s home, and will also benefit SASF. Unconditional Love will be honoring Karen LeFrak, who recently released her second children’s book, Best in Show [read more about Karen in the MY HAMPTONS section of KDH].
