With it being so close to the holiday season it seems that invitations to every known charity event can end up on your doorstep. However, KDH fully supports the well-being of our furry friends. So on Saturday, November 19th from 6 to 10pm, KDHamptons urges readers to attend the Amaryllis Farm Equine Rescue & Sanctuary fundraiser at the American Legion Hall in Hampton Bays.

Sadly, the esteemed horse rescue & sanctuary is unable to continue providing food & shelter without immediate support. The attendance fee is only $20 and with every ticket purchased Amaryllis Farm is able to buy 50 lbs. of grain for the several dozen homeless horses facing extermination in their care! Let’s not allow that to happen.

The fundraising event invites guests to sample delectable Italian fare from Chef Michael, rock-out to the talented tunes of MoJo Wire Rocks and participate in a fun 50/50 raffle all in effort to save these majestic creatures…And Kids are free!
