Tathiana learned early that a healthy balance in both body and mind was required for her to thrive in the demanding discipline of Ballet, and found whole leaf Tea to be a great tool in maintaining that balance.

As she sampled teas around the globe, she discovered that “all of the tea’s nutrients and health properties are contained in the whole leaf of the plant, not in the small broken pieces or “dust” used in common tea bags. Therefore, this means that most tea drinkers are only getting a fraction of the wonderful benefits of this ancient plant.”

Tathiana enlisted the expertise of a world renowned Tea Master and founded PLAIN-T. Together they hand-picked teas from the most prized gardens around the world and developed a vast artisanal selection second to none.
