On Saturday, July 25, The Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation hosted Circus of Stillness…the power over wild beasts, the 22nd Annual Summer Benefit & Auction at The Watermill Center, raising over $1.9 million to support The Center’s year-round Residency Program, International Summer Program, and educational initiatives that provide artists with a unique opportunity to develop their work. Artistic Director Robert Wilson hosted the evening filled with incredible performances and fantastic fashion. KDHamptons shares photos of the best dressed guests in this NEW StyleFILE below.

On Saturday, July 18th the first annual Surf Ball took place at the Surf Lodge, hosted by Sasha Benz and All My Friends Are Models with Milkmade.com, in support of Global Citizen. The magical Montauk social scene has reached a fever pitch this summer, so why not celebrate the action with a ball? Co-owned by Jayma Cardoso, the Surf Lodge hosted the first annual “Surf Ball” this weekend, consisting of a series of events. The Surf Lodge has hosted both established and exciting emerging musical acts for the past several years, and last weekend’s line-up did not disappoint, consisting of: Lola Wolf, Zoe Kravitz’s band, and KANEHOLLER, a duo consisting of Chelsea Tyler (the daughter of Steven Tyler) and Jon Foster (the brother of musician Ben Foster).

Wish you could get your writing published? Dying to attend the glamorous parties and charity benefits happening in the Hamptons? Become a member of the KDHamptons Intern Team! KDH is accepting applications from ambitious college students and recent college graduates with excellent writing and reporting skills to join our internship program.
KDHamptons, the Luxury Lifestyle Diary of the Hamptons, is searching for interns to assist in reporting, writing, layout design, and photography. Here’s who we are looking for:
* Applicants with a background or passion for journalism/writing/photography.
* A 3-5 day per week commitment is required [note: internships are unpaid, but school credit can be obtained].
* Applicants must live in the Hamptons area preferably.
* Interns will learn to create original editorial content produced on a weekly basis, supported by on-site reporting, photography, layout design, and social networking to promote the feature.
Interns will report directly to Kelli Delaney, Founder of KDHamptons. With over 17 years editorial experience at major national magazines including Allure, Glamour, and Us Weekly, Kelli has helped groom the careers of countless aspiring editors throughout her career. Interns will gain invaluable experience and connections by participating in the program and working with our incredible contributing editors. Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack hosted their Annual Harvest Party on Sunday, October 12th, in Sagaponack. Always one of the most highly anticipated events of the fall season in the Hamptons, families, friends, farm animals and wine connoisseurs descended upon the estate vineyards for some harvest fun in the October sun. It felt like a perfect Indian summer day as Nancy Atlas crooned Johnny Cash covers, and the style set of the Hamptons turned up in their fabulous new fall looks.

The KDHamptons StyleFILE plunges into the Solid & Striped First Annual Summer Pool Party held on Saturday, June 7th at the Southampton estate of brand investor J. Christopher Burch. Hip & haute Hamptonites including newly engaged couple Olivia Palermo and fiancé Johannes Huebl, model Hilary Rhoda and fiancé Sean Avery, the brand’s founder Isaac Ross, along with designers Timo Weiland and Jodie Snyder Morel (of Dannijo), lounged in the sun and snacked on BBQ bites from BLT Steak Southampton. Solid & Striped bikini clad cuties strolled the grounds of the estate playing tennis, bocce ball, and ping pong, refreshed with Bertaud Belieu rosé and Ciroc specialty cocktails, and boogied to tunes by DJ Brendan Fallis.

AVENUE on the Beach kicked off the summer season with a party at Delmonico’s of Southampton hosted by President, Randi Schatz (below). There were test drives by Telsa and guests enjoyed great food, along with specialty drinks made by Tito’s vodka and Ferrari Champagne. Thousands of spectators were on hand as Peter Brant’s White Birch Farm beat a talented Heathcote team 15-12 to close out the 17th season at the Bridgehampton Polo Club. The sunny afternoon boasted beautifully dressed crowds, sipping rosé and nibbling on summer bites as they cheered on their favorite players. Sunday summer nights at the Surf Lodge in Montauk is THE HOT SPOT for great live music, gorgeous girls & guys, hipsters, and surfer dudes. This year’s summer lineup at the Lodge has been crazy good with performances by Willie Nelson, Courtney Love, Wild Belle and last night’s show with Small Black. KDH headed to Montauk last night for the sunset show with Doc [and yes ~ that is him photobombing several pix below]. What a scene! I have to devote this week’s KDHamptons StyleFILE entirely to the style stars of the Surf Lode…see you next Sunday!
