Designed by Gigi Mortimer and Courtney Moss, Glamourpuss NYC is a “collection of classic American  accessories with international appeal.” Longtime friends, Mortimer and Moss [top two beauties pictured above!] conceived the brand organically out of their own personal need for chic, easy, accessories they could wear all day: from early morning hockey practices with the kids to business meetings followed by drinks with friends.

The success of their first covetable piece, a luxurious rex rabbit fur funnel in an array of eye-catching shades, led to the launch of a full collection in the fall of 2009. From warm winter furry offerings to summer’s island-inspired caftans, Glamourpuss designs throw-on-and-go solutions for chic  & easy seasonal dressing.

Haute Hamptonite Gigi Mortimer spent 11 years in Ralph Lauren’s accessories department where she served as the label’s Design Director of Women’s Accessories. In addition to her extensive work at Ralph Lauren, she has consulted for fellow Hamptonistas Vera Wang and Tory Burch.

Courtney Moss brings a powerhouse background of marketing and communications having worked for heavy hitter brands including: Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Versace. The designing duo shares, “When chic is in the details, accessories are key.”

For the fabulous Fall collection, Glamourpuss NYC can take your look from Barbour to Ball Gowns with a fantastic expanded collection. The original cozy Fur Funnel has been reinvented into three new shapes, and offered in a fabulous array of colors inspired by the Scottish Highlands.  Brightly colored fox fur shrugs, reminiscent of a St. Petersburg ball, inspire a bit of bohemian luxury!
