KDHamptons Feast End NEWS: Juice Lane Opens In Wainscott Offering Delicious Cold-Pressed Juices "With a Conscience"
Weather you’re in need of a pre or post exercise boost, or are just looking for a healthy treat be sure to check out Juice Lane, in Wainscott, one of the Hamptons newest premiere juice shops. Conveniently located next door to Barry’s Bootcamp, Juice Lane’s company mission centers around the idea of “Juicing with a Conscience.” The owners share, “We are meticulous about every detail that goes into creating our juices. Our ingredients, our process, our employees, and of course our juice, even our store. We envisioned a store that would reflect the Hamptons environment.” The shop is the first cold-pressed juice location to launch in the East Hampton area.
Identical twin brothers, Justin and Ian Browner were inspired to develop Juice Lane due to the relative lack of high-quality healthy juices they found in the Hamptons. The duo were also unimpressed with the “old school” method of using a centrifugal juicer that the juice they did find used. So the brothers began their own quest to serve the Hamptons with some of the freshest, most delicious juice around. KDH popped in to meet the team and sample the juices and WOW! Did I leave the store feeling great. No kidding ~ within 10 minutes of drinking the Circulation Juice I felt more alert, energized, and healthy.
Justin explains the Juice Lane method:
Juice Lane provides delicious, healthy juice options all made using the Cold Pressed method. The Cold Pressed method is done on a hydraulic press with such high pressure that no heat or oxygen are introduced into the juice, which allows the live nutrients and enzymes to last for up to 72 hours. Providing 3 to 5 times more nutrients than other juicing methods! The juices are pressed and bottled in the Hamptons, made fresh daily and extracted from local and organic produce. Only the most fresh and local ingredients are used for when fruits and vegetables are picked at the farm, the purity of the nutrients are at the highest form.
“Our goal is to be the premiere farm to mouth cold pressed juice brand in the Hamptons – sourcing locally produced, non-GMO, pesticide and hormone-free ingredients. Our priority is to work with local partners who practice sustainable farming and bring the quality farm stand experience to people in an easy drinkable format,” says Ian.
