Head over to Elements Fitness Studio in East Hampton to find unique series of signature classes that combine barre fitness, ballet conditioning, yoga poses, and pilates exercises.  Founder Andrea Fornarola Hunsberger (above) is a professionally trained dancer, celebrity trainer, and master fitness instructer.  She offers customized programs in pre/post natal fitness, corporate wellness and even bridal boot camps!

 

 

 

 

Working in the industry for 15 years, Andrea has developed truly unique signature programs including Barre Fitness, Dance Cardio, and HIIT Fusion Classes.  She has taught sold-out classes at many upscale fitness facilities in Manhattan, with clients including Kelly Ripa, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jessica Seinfeld and Kirsten Dunst.

 

 

 

Composed of a team of highly respected professionals, Elements specializes in small group classes and private training. Signature classes include:

Elements Barre Fitness fuses principles of ballet conditioning, yoga and Pilates. The 60-minute group fitness class is a revolutionary conditioning system that reshapes and reforms the body by coupling isometric exercises and interval training.

Elements Dance Cardio is a high-energy, 60-minute group fitness class that focuses on cardio-based interval training utilizing a choreographed warm up, isometric floor work and core building exercises.

Elements Cardio merges dance with strength and flexibility training choreographed together to achieve maximum calorie burn and total body conditioning.

Barre Fusion is a fresh and innovative approach to cardio, and the signature Barre Fitness Classes.  This 60 or 90-min small group class utilizes Core Stabilization, Balance and Cardio-Conditioning, and builds upon fusing complementary exercises on and off the Barre.

Barre Express is a 45-min Barre Class. Perfect for your after-beach, after-shopping or after- cycling work out. Focusing on the same principles as our Barre Fitness classes, Barre Express hits all the major muscle groups and those hard to reach accessory muscles in an abbreviated version of the signature class.

 

 

 

Elements Fitness Studio is offering classes seven days a week through the summer season. Class rates are available as drop in, 5 class card, 10 class card and unlimited monthly cards. One-on-one sessions are also available as well as small group events.
