Truffle lobster mac and cheese: “This is my signature dish and although considered a side dish almost every table orders at least one. Both a comfort and gourmet," shares Chef Seth Levine.
Veal Paillard: “Ultra thin pounded bone in veal chop, breaded and pan fried topped with a light arugula salad. It gives you a full but not overstuffed feeling as the acid from the salad dressing cuts the fried breading perfectly.”
Watermelon Heirloom Tomato Salad: “It’s the perfect Hampton summer salad. We use locally grown Heirloom tomatoes and watermelon topped with micro basil crumbled Feta, athena vinaigrette and balsamic glaze. Chef Levine's Coconut Curry Mussels: “This is a great summer dish with incredible flavor; sweet from the coconut and brown sugar, spicy from the chili threads. We add a touch of fresh chopped lemongrass which helps the dish smell like summer.”
Porterhouse: Chef Levine says, “I know each and every time a Porterhouse leaves my kitchen that table is going to have a great meal. Perfect for two, or a very hungry one.”
