Many of Pierre's pastries are made from his family recipes. He grew up working alongside his dad and grandpa in their patisserie in Alsace, France.
The live music at Pierre's is always fantastic, as well as the ever-changing art installations.
The Library seating section of Pierre's is a KDH favorite for date night in the fall.
Hamptonites line up for Pierre's homemade ice cream in the summer!

KDH loves having brunch outside at Pierre’s restaurant on Main Street, Bridgehampton. We also love that it is open year-round and it’s basically impossible to have a bad meal there! Owner Pierre Weber is beaucoup charmant and always makes you feel at home! KDH popped in over the weekend to have brunch with my tireless staff writer Christine Morrison. We swapped stories over our spinach omelettes with goat cheese, and freshly baked pastries from Pierre’s new gourmet shop next door.

If you are dining chez Pierre’s for dinner, you must check out the delicious daily specials. KDH loves Les Moules “Poulette”, pommes frites et mayonnaise [Steamed mussels prepared with shallots and white wine. Served with french fries and mayonnaise]. Or, if I’m really hungry I usually get the Paëlla Valenciana which has shrimp, sea scallops, mussels, chorizo and chicken.
