Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack hosted their Annual Harvest Party on Sunday, October 12th, in Sagaponack. Always one of the most highly anticipated events of the fall season in the Hamptons, families, friends, farm animals and wine connoisseurs descended upon the estate vineyards for some harvest fun in the October sun. Temperatures were in the high 70’s and it felt like a perfect summer day as Nancy Atlas crooned Johnny Cash covers, as grill masters flipped burgers, bratwurst, and BBQ ribs. A bountiful lunch was served with an emphasis on local ingredients, and paired with award-winning Wölffer Estate wines. Kids were excited to jump in the wine barrels to compete in Grape Stomping contests, dads raced each other at Barrel Rolling, families piled on the back of pick up truck for Hayrides and, the little ones could not get enough of the Petting Zoo and Face Painting.
