On May 16th, owner Jenny Ljungberg celebrated the launch of the annual summer art exhibit at c/o The Maidstone Hotel in East Hampton, featuring art from her private collection. The exhibit, curated Ljungberg, will be on display beginning today in the hotel lounge areas, including The Living Room Restaurant. “It’s a pleasure to bring art from my private collection, including pieces by Jacob Fellander and Sam Taylor-Johnson into the gathering places in our hotel,” said Ljungberg. “I have collected these pieces throughout my career and what had previously been confined to my own home and some of our hotel rooms, can now be fully enjoyed by the public.”
Jenny Ljungberg and her two little girls welcomed guests to the party
The exhibit launched with a fabulous cocktail party at c/o The Maidstone featuring fresh spring cocktails and hors d’oeuvres by Chef de Cuisine of The Living Room, Mathias Brogie. Host Jenny Ljungberg was in attendance, with a newborn baby on board in her Bjorn, as well as General Manager Jakob Berlin.
