La Poire Spiced Apple Martini
2 parts Grey Goose La Poire
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
2 parts sparkling cider
Add first 2 ingredients in shaker with ice, shake and strain into martini glass and top with sparkling apple cider.
Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar and garnish with dried apple.
