Big news for Hamptons beauty fanatics! LURKshop, the first luxury green beauty boutique in the Hamptons, is reopening for it’s third season in a gorgeous new Shelter Island location at 13 Grand Avenue in the Heights section.  Owner Anne Sanford tells KDHamptons, “The pull to Shelter Island has been very strong for me and for LURK as I live here now and have also moved my studio there.  The island is such a magical place with a wonderful community. My outdoor obsessions are kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and being on the water. This move to Shelter island has enabled our family to be right on the water and enjoy everything we love about the East End lifestyle just outside of our back door, including hikes at Mashomack Preserve.”

“I also originally wanted to open a location in the heights right around the time we opened LURKshop in Sag Harbor, but the space we fell in love with was not available. This spring that very space became available and I jumped at the chance to move the shop there. We are right in the heart of the Heights just steps from the Chequit, Marie Eiffel Market and more. It is also larger than our first shop which is very exciting for us,” says Anne.

“Being on Shelter Island also gives us amazing proximity to both the North and the South Forks which is important for our customer base. It allows us to reach a broader audience we feel while better serving our entire East End customer base as a whole. We also recently relaunched our website to be able to provide our entire customer base with easy access to our offering. I want to show people that natural perfume and natural beauty products are the best choice and not just for health reasons.”
