KDH took a long beach walk with my pal Rita.
We picked up delicious wraps from Joni's~ my favorite is the curry chicken with mango.
Hurricane Katia provided the waves for the day.

Rita and I bumped into two young beautiful ballerinas on the beach.

Last night we all headed out to Ditch Plains in Montauk for a sunset surf and dinner on the beach. Dr. Kot jumped in the waves on his boogie board and the girls hung out on the beach. KDH always like to pick up a bunch of delicious healthy food from Joni’s on Edison Street to take to the beach for healthy snacking. Surfer boys, girls, babies and mommas lined the beach as we all hung on to the saturated sunbeams!
