I love to serve a signature cocktail during the holiday season and this year I have discovered one that you will love! It’s called The Paper Plane. Originally invented by Sam Ross (creator of the Penicillin cocktail), the Paper Plane, a bitter butterfly rooted in amaro and whiskey. The cocktail strikes a beautiful balance between bitter, sour and herbal notes.
