The Casa Game Changer, a take on the classic Michelada, and Casa Super Bowl, a sporty twist on the classic margarita, go perfectly with wings, nachos or any Super Bowl treats you’ll be feasting on.

The Casa Game Changer

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Bloody Mary Mix

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.25 oz. Worcester Sauce

2 Dashes Firewater Bitters OR 2 Muddled Serrano Slices

Top off with Mexican Beer

½ Thick Rim Salt/Sugar/Tajin Mixture (Equal Parts)

Method: Combine all ingredients into shaker except beer. Muddle serrano if not using firewater bitters, dry shake (no ice), and fine strain into pint glass. Add 1 large ice block or 3–4 smaller ice cubes, top off with Mexican beer, and garnish with large basil leaf, lemon wheel, and Serrano through skewer.

Casa Super Bowl

1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Splash of Blonde Beer

Method: Combine all ingredients, except beer into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into pint glass. Add fresh ice, top off with blonde beer, and garnish with football lime wedge.
