Carissa's To Host Saigon Social Pop Up Dinners with Famed Chef Helen Nguyen In East Hampton
Calling all Hamptons foodies! Here’s some exciting news to heat up your winter blues. From February 14-16, Carissa’s at 221 Pantigo Road in East Hampton will host chef Helen Nguyen for a weekend dinner pop-up featuring modern takes on Vietnamese classics.
The Daniel restaurant alum, known for her sold-out Saigon Social pop-ups and forthcoming Lower East Side restaurant of the same name, will offer a multi-course dinner each night featuring hors d’oeuvres, five courses and desserts.
Seatings are at 7pm each night for $100 per person. Reservations can be made by emailing steven@carissasthebakery.com with preferred date, number of guests and phone number.
