Get ready because Pop Up Bagels has expanded to The Hamptons, and the KDHamptons crew cannot wait to get our hands on these freshly baked warm  goodies. Pop Up Bagels, an exclusive bagel club that has taken over the Fairfield County food scene, has announced they will offer their bagels in the Hamptons for the summer season. Currently joined with two local Hamptons kitchens, owner Adam Goldberg plans to have their epic bagels and schmear packages available by subscription and advance sale only.

The bagels are created using a special blend of flours to create lighter but crisper bagels that are appropriate in size and bring back the authenticity of a New York City bagel. @PopupBagels sells full dozens complete with weekly schmears that are created with local ingredients and artisan smoked fishes. The bagels are now available for us in the Hamptons beginning this past Memorial Day Weekend and customers will be able to pick designated times to help assure the freshest experience.
