Got a hot tip about a new “ghost kitchen cooking up British-style Indian food”  called Ruby Murrays that all the Hamptons foodies are buzzing about & the dinner was delicious.  Ruby’s owner   Edward shares, “I moved to Southampton via NYC from Scotland. The one thing I missed was Indian food, British-style. So, at the end of 2022 we decided to go for it, starting in The Hamptons. And Ruby Murrays is Cockney rhyming slang for curry. We want our clients to get an amazing taste experience. To achieve that, the recipes take 24-48 hours to prepare. So, when we’re sold out, that’s it until tomorrow. And we’ve been selling out every weekend. Also, we do all our own deliveries, all across The Hamptons. There is only space for 6 orders in each delivery.”  PSST! For my #tablescape I mixed our vintage navy & gold Rosenthal china with @kimseybert gold Laurel leaf chargers, brilliant beaded napkin rings, and embroidered Tangier linen napkins to set the vibe. Also loving the baby boxwoods I recently found at Fowler’s Garden Center!
