Here’s the menu for my Parisian breakfast: French Crêpes, yogurt, egg & cheese souffles, and Brie cheese with fresh berries. It was a pretty simple meal to prepare if you would like to make this at home, here’s a list of ingredients that my talented Hamptons private chef Elena Apostolides worked with:

Chive blossoms from Kelli’s garden are a pretty and  flavorful touch to add to the French butter.

La Fermiere Yogurt: Made with just a handful of all-natural  ingredients, this creamy whole milk yogurt with mango and passionfruit is the perfect addition to your breakfast. 

Jacquet French Crêpes: Use your imagination to garnish these  plain crêpes—or devour them right out  of the bag. They’re made simply with  pure butter, cage-free eggs, and non-GMO ingredients.
