Hi KDHamptons readers, I just found this adorable little [well, a little chubby] Westie hiding in my backyard in the rain. He is lost and scared and looks like he has been on the run for a few hours. Thankfully, he is wearing a rabies vaccine tag from Old Town Animal Hospital and when I called they were able to identify “Mickey” from his Vaccine ID number. That’s a good tip to remember if you find a lost dog.

His name is Mickey and I left messages at the number the vet provided to call me back, but still haven’t heard anything. Maybe they are out looking for him? At least he is safe and sound here with me for a while….I’ll keep you posted!
