FUN FOOD FACT: Over the July 4th four-day weekend alone, HCC uses more than 2500 farm fresh eggs for their best selling breakfast burritos and omelets. HCC roasts their own coffee in the cafes to the grind of over 104,000 pounds of green coffee beans per year!
