Hotel ZE is Southampton’s new romantic, modern boutique hotel owned by Zach Erdem of the 75 Main Group. The hotel has a total of 9 rooms: 5 king suites and 4 queen rooms, which are all designed by world renowned architect Costas Kondylis. Nightly rates for king suites are $550 Sunday-Thursday and $899 Friday and Saturday. Nightly queen room rates are $499 Sunday-Thursday and $650 Friday and Saturday, with a 3 night minimum stay.

When you’re not tucked in your luxury suite or room, find your way downstairs to chic Peruvian fusion restaurant Kozu, which offers delectable dishes such as the Kozu Jalapeño Yellowtail with Smoked Tomato Ponzu and the Summer Corn and Lobster Salad with a Corn “Pudding”, Shiso, and Yuzu Dressing. The restaurant also boasts the private room and lounge Summer House, which is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during the summer season, featuring famed DJs from all around the world.
