KDH loves to kick off Fourth of July weekend by attending the annual Southampton Fresh Air Home fundraiser. It’s always a great night filled with family, friends and fun, but the best part about the evening is that the proceeds fund a summer camp experience for physically challenged youth between the ages of 8 and 18. The Home’s unique, adapted programs are similar to those of traditional sleep-away camps: swimming, sailing, basketball, horseback riding, drama, and dance are just a few of the activities that children get to participate in.
