Children's Museum Of The East End Hosts First Annual Kids Fall Fest!
CMEE HOSTS FIRST ANNUAL FALL FEST!
On Saturday, November 12, the Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE) hosted its first Annual Kids Fall Fest to benefit the Museum. Families spent the autumn afternoon at the Museum enjoying live performances by Dance Hampton, arts & crafts, cooking classes, scavenger hunts, and snacks provided Pete’s Endless Summer and many other local food purveyors of the East End.
KDH popped over with our pal Rita Schrager and her gorgeous daughter Ava to check out the festivities. Hope you like our photo diary below…..
**CMEE is located at 376 Bridgehampton / Sag Harbor Turnpike in Bridgehampton. For additional information, visit www.cmee.org or call 631-537-8250.
With its interactive exhibits and hands-on programming, CMEE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families and strengthening the East End community by promoting learning through play!
The Southampton Animal Shelter also played a large part of the festive event by bringing adoptable dogs and cats who are looking for a new home for the holiday.
Check out photos below of these gorgeous guys who need our love and share this link to friends who may be considering adding a new furry friend to their family. Please visit: www.southamptonanimalshelter.com for more information.
Please meet William & Harry below. They are the royal Bengal brothers! They are both 10 years old and their owner who served in WWII is now very ill and in a nursing home. these good looking seniors are still full of life and love! Now that their dad can’t take care of them, they need our help to find new caretakers…
Scruffy is a 10-year old terrier mix. The shelter is looking for a special place for this special guy. He is a veteran survivor having come from another shelter, he was transferred here to us. He is a resilient little pup who overcame some tough times. He needs a quiet home to retire in! He also needs to be introduced slowly to new people. A tough beginning certainly deserves a good ending!
