NEW KDHAMPTONS PARTY PIX: CMEE HOSTS 8th ANNUAL FAMILY FAIR
On Saturday, July 23rd, The Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE) hosted their 8th Annual Family Fair fundraiser, ”Celebrating Heroes,” in Bridgehampton. This year’s superhero-themed Family Fair welcomed notable guests including CMEE President Steve Long and event Co-Chairs model Molly Sims with husband Scott Stuber and children Brooks and Scarlett.
All guests enjoyed fun activations for the entire family including super-powered arts and crafts, water games, face painting, performances, miniature golf, music and food. Support of the Family Fair ensures that all families – regardless of ability, background or income – can access the Children’s Museum of the East End.
Founded in 1997 by a group of eight local mothers, CMEE opened its current home in Bridgehampton in October 2005. With over 7,000 square feet of exhibition and program space designed by Lee Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership, CMEE soon became one of the most visited museums in Eastern Long Island. CMEE upholds its mission to spark imagination and foster learning for children of all backgrounds and abilities and to build strong connections within the East End community by providing playful experiences through educational exhibits and programs.
