Today, Time Inc.’s Coastal Living magazine announces the unveiling of its newest showhouse and the brand’s first to be built in the Hamptons. This year’s custom-built home is in Bridgehampton, New York and is the 33rd house created by Coastal Living as part of its popular annual Coastal Living Showhouse franchise. The showhouse will be open to the public for tours beginning June 11th.

The Coastal Living Showhouse 2016 spans 6,800 square feet and has seven bedrooms, three fireplaces and a movie theater, as well as a pool, pool house and gym. Touch of Grey, Inc. was the builder on this project, and the architecture firm was Fred Throo Architects. Mahoney and Associates is the landscape team, and celebrated designer Meg Braff oversaw the home’s interiors.

“I’m thrilled to introduce this year’s home in one of America’s most coveted beach locations,” said Coastal Living Editor Steele Marcoux. “Everything about the house is stunning, from its secluded, beautiful setting to its timeless, traditional architectural details. Our designer, Meg Braff, is a color genius, and you’ll see one of our favorite design trends, the revival of vintage wallpaper patterns, on full display.”

The Coastal Living Showhouse 2016 has 13 sponsors whose products are featured in the home: AZEK Building Products, Belgard, Circa Lighting, Delta Faucets, InSinkErator, J.McLaughlin, LEE Industries, Lloyd Flanders, Marvin Windows and Doors, Maui Jim, Sunbrella, VELUX Skylights and Viking. InSinkErator, J.McLaughlin, Maui Jim and Viking are first-time sponsors of the showhouse.

“Every year, our showhouse brings the Coastal Living brand to life, highlighting the best of coastal design and décor,” said Brendan Smyth, Associate Publisher of Coastal Living and Sunset. “We are thrilled to welcome a roster of sponsors equally prestigious to the vision and location of this special project. We could not achieve this success without their passion and dedication to our brand.”

From June 11 through September 4, this custom-built home will open to the public for tours Thursdays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets for tours are $35 each, with a portion of the proceeds going to Conscience Point Shellfish Hatchery.
