[ingredients]ELECTRIC EEL

Garnish: Pineapple and sage

2 oz U’luvka Vodka
1 oz Lime juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz agave or simple syrup
4 Sage leaves[/ingredients]

[instructions]Muddle the sage with some agave or simple syrup until the sage oils are released. Add all other ingredients and a scoop of crushed ice. Churn to mix. Cap with more ice then top with soda water. Garnish with a wheel of pineapple and a sprig of sage and enjoy![/instructions]
