In honor of the final weekend of the summer, Elements Fitness Studio (66 Newtown Lane Suite 11, East Hampton (631) 604-5445 www.elementsfitnessstudio.com), the Hamptons newest barre fitness studio, will offer a pop-up braid bar courtesy of VIVE on Friday morning from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Elements Fitness Studio. Hair braiding will be available from Vive Stylists between classes.

On Sunday, August 31st, Elements Fitness will be part of a beauty and fitness event at Ruschmeyer’s (161 Second House Road, Montauk (631) 668-2877) from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Elements Fitness Studio will offer a complimentary pop-up barre fitness class beginning at 11 a.m. in Ruschmeyers’ backyard. As well new beauty technology company VIVE will be offering a braid bar from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The class is open to hotel guests as well as the public, and participants are asked to bring athletic shoes and socks. The class will be held outside, and yoga mats will be provided.
