1. Halloween weekend for a scary good time: Enjoy delicious Happy Hour specials that are to die for, paired with a specialty cocktail, like The Deadly Baron, The Hemo-Goblin and The Poison Rose (recipes and photos available upon request). Halloween Weekend, October 28 – 31

Spend time with the ones you love, gathered around the warm hearth in the Dining Room at Baron’s Cove. Thursday November 24th; 11:00AM – 8:00PM. Thanksgiving Dinner includes three courses PLUS a gourmet turkey sandwich prepared for each adult to take home for a midnight snack or Friday’s lunch! Adults $68, Children $26 (12 and younger), Children 3 and younger complimentary
4. *NEW* Be a part of the Thursday night Supper Club at Baron’s Cove this fall and take advantage of an early dining menu and live entertainment! Thursdays: 5:00PM – 9:00 PM with Live music upstairs 7-9 PM. (Live entertainment will change to 6-9PM Thursdays starting Nov 10th). Early dining prefix menu available all night on Thursdays – includes appetizer & entrée for $29 per person. Menu items include:“Buffalo” popcorn shrimp, Baron’s Mussels and Fries, Grilled Grass fed skirt Steak (8oz), Roasted Organic Chicken, Rock Shrimp Torchio and more.
5. *NEW* Uncork your creativity at Baron’s Cove with our Paint & Wine night.
This begins on Wednesday November 9th and thereafter will take place on the first Tuesday of each month through April 2017, 7:00 – 9:00pm. No Experience Necessary! Baron’s Cove along with The Painted Canvas will be hosting a Paint & Sip Night. $50 per person includes all supplies plus 1 complimentary glass of house wine during the painting class. Come early and join us for Happy Hour in the lobby lounge. Reservations are required and space is limited. Please call 631.725.2100 to reserve your spot. Make a night of it and ask about our special event room rate or join us for dinner before the event.
6. *NEW* Intimate Macari Wine Dinner at Baron’s Cove, Friday, November 18th in the Map Room; 7pm: Chef’s treats and Bubbles & 8pm: Five Course meal; $125 per person and space is very limited (only 23 seats).

The days of fall-harvest fare are here and it’s one of the most delicious seasons in the Hamptons. Chef Boudreau’s new fall menu features items such as local scallops with Mail Pail Farm’s spaghetti squash, roasted North Fork fennel & radishes, brown butter vinaigrette (photo in dropbox below), Parsnip soup, and Cauliflower beignets with spicy carrot dipping sauce.
