Here’s the menu for my Greek poolside lunch: Olive, Cucumber & Feta salad, Marinated Lamb Kebabs, Warm Pita with traditional Greek dips (Tzatziki, Babaganoush, and Garlic Potato Spread). It’s was a pretty simple meal to prepare if you would like to make this at home, here’s a list of ingredients that my talented Hamptons private chef Elena Apostolides worked with:

Loi Garlic-Potato Dip: Known in Greece as skordalia,  this dip makes for an excellent  sauce or marinade (it’s also  delicious right from the jar). 

Brooklyn Mills Pita: Each of these breads are  hand-stretched, giving them a unique shape. Artisan bakers slow bake them in  small batches, using no preservatives or conditioners. 

Kyknos Greek Tomato Sauce: Made with feta cheese and  oregano, this Greek version of  ricotta sauce is perfect with  pasta, seafood, and breads, or as a dip.
