This week LOEWE has opened their first Hamptons store in East Hampton! The brand recently landed the top spot on Lyst’s Hottest Brands Ranking for the first time. Directly below LOEWE on the ranking was Versace, YSL and Dior. Drawing on creative director Jonathan Anderson’s CASA LOEWE store concept where art, craft and fashion intertwine, the 3,000 sq ft space deploys signature LOEWE design details while introducing new, reusable elements. It hosts a full women’s offering, including ready to wear, bags, small leather goods, accessories, shoes, eyewear and more. KDHamptons has more stylish details below…

Taking inspiration from its breezy coastal surroundings, the East Hampton store melds the relaxed and the refined. Hand-glazed Spanish tiles grace the interior, their warmth and texture offset by cool expanses of concrete. Created with sustainability in mind, the store also features a modular system from Molo Design – intricate 100% recyclable paper soft blocks that can be stretched, stacked, and arranged to create mesmerizing displays and shelving surfaces.

Further flashes of color come from bespoke rugs, handwoven from natural fibers by Colombian women artisans, and a series of angular Utrecht armchairs designed by Gerrit Thomas Rietveld and upholstered in fresh fabrics. LOEWE’s black iron martini tables and ceramic podiums complete the inviting atmosphere.

LOEWE’s stores form an ongoing chapter in the brand’s commitment to intelligent visual expression — displaying pieces from the house’s global anthology of art, sculpture, furniture and handcrafted objects alongside clothes and accessories. The East Hampton store spotlights a pair of pots by Japanese straw artist and LOEWE Craft Prize 2018 finalist ARKO. Created as part of the 2021 LOEWE x Sotheby’s project Weavers, which tasked artisans with reimagining a traditional Galician handmade clay pot for roasting chestnuts, ARKO’s pieces are a bold and playful addition to this summery space.
