If any of you have problems with your back, you know how painful and uncomfortable that can be, especially when you have lots to do~ like celebrate the holidays! KDH had a mini-panic last week when I hurt my back lugging my gigantic tree through the front door [but it was worth it!]. Thankfully, my husband shipped me straight to Dr. Richard Kelly in Bridgehampton for some Back Magic. The thought of going to a new chiropractor for the first time can be so scary! One false move…..oh don’t even write it!

Here is the best news: Entering Dr. Kelly’s office feels like being welcomed into a cozy Hamptons home with wainscoting, gorgeous paintings hanging on the walls [including East End artists Jim Gingerich and Terry Elkins!] and a very soothing atmosphere. Thankfully, with a few heat treatments and crackling adjustments, Dr. Kelly had me all fixed up and ready to roll into Christmas~ Thanks Doc!

Dr. Richard Kelly has been in private practice for 22 years in Bridgehampton, and holds a post graduate certification in neurology and behavioral disorders. “My practice is related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal pain syndromes. We have an emphasis on sports medicine and the injured athlete. Most complaints of patients are followed by specific spinal and or full body rehabilitation programs. Our practice emphasizes complete wellness protocols with the addition of chiropractic, specific exercises designed for the patient, healthy nutrition and supplementation and metabolic detoxification programs.”
