The innovative bôite will bring a fresh take to the Hamptons with signature Asian dishes and a nightclub –The Barn at Jue Lan Club. “

Stratis adds, “Jue Lan Club Southampton will serve coveted dishes that have become staples of the flagship, including Drunken Sea Bass, Shrimp Crystal Dumplings and Chicken Satay. Jue Lan Club Southampton will be open Monday & Wednesday from 5pm to 12am, Thursday & Friday from 5pm to 1am, Saturday from 5pm to 4am for dinner and Sunday from 5pm to midnight (closed Tuesday), Saturday Dim Sum brunch from 11:30am to 5pm, Sunday from 11:30am to 5pm and, and the late night lounge will be open Thursday – Saturday.
