ESquared Hospitality Introduces BLT Steak at The Capri!

This is the BEST news for Hamptons foodies!!! ESquared Hospitality announced today that a BLT Steak pop-up restaurant will be opening at The Capri Hotel and Bathing Club, in Southampton on Thursday, May 23, 2013 through Labor Day Weekend BLT Steak in NYC is my #1 favorite restaurant~ I am so excited to have popovers in the Hamptons!

BLT Steak at The Capri will take over the property’s intimate and exclusive restaurant space, formerly home to Chef Nobu Matushisa’s Nobu at The Capri. Seating 110 guests inside the restaurant and on the covered patio, this pop-up restaurant will also offer exceptional poolside fare at The Bathing Club at Capri during the day and a menu of small plates for those enjoying the outdoor bar and lounge areas in the evenings.

The beachy chic decor and vibe sets the tone for a great night…

With ESquared Hospitality’s corporate chefs helming the kitchen, BLT Steak at The Capri’s cuisine will feature BLT Steak’s most signature dishes from the famed popovers, tuna tartare and chopped vegetable salad, to classic steaks, sautéed Dover sole and peanut butter chocolate mousse.

From Memorial Day weekend through July 4th weekend, BLT Steak at The Capri will be open Wednesday through Sunday, with dinner served from 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on Thursdays, 5:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Sundays. Beginning July 9th through Labor Day, the restaurant will also be open on Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. BLT Steak at The Capri will serve lunch poolside from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer.
