Having opened 4th of July weekend, the fireworks were no match for the color instilled throughout newcomer restaurant, Banzai Burger.  From the bright blue ocean inspired walls to the Cynthia Rowley dresses worn as uniforms by the waitresses, right down to the rich color and texture of the delicious food.  Banzai Burger’s vibe is easy breezy, the perfect stop after spending a day in the surf.  The food is simple, affordable, and features something for everyone including a kick-ass Vegan Burger ($11) to a locally sourced Mako Shark “Burger” ($12), and the top selling Classic Burger with applewood smoked bacon and Cheddar ($15).  Sushi lovers rejoice! Chef Isao Yoshimura heads out daily to fish for the specials, including local fluke and black sea bass.  Banzai offers lots of inside & outside bar and seating, a DJ on the weekends and a reggae band on Sunday afternoons. There are ping-pong tables, a terrific view of the ocean, and a perfect summer menu. Check this spot out!
