Kirsten Benfield: Originally from New Zealand, she is currently living and working in East Hampton. As a traveler, she records her observations in watercolor. This art show will showcase her vision of local landscapes and season still lifes.

Jerry Schwabe: As a painter, photographer and sculptor, he has studied at various schools including the National Academy of Fine Arts, New School University, School of Visual Arts, the Art Students League and the Golden Eagle. His award-winning work has been displayed at many solo and group shows. This is the first show that will feature Jerry’s photography, but paintings will also be included. Jerry paints for “the eyes and the soul” and his soft muted colors in many of his beach scenes reflect a sense of calmness and serenity.

Rich Mothes: Originally from East Hampton, he attended Clarkson University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he moved on to Southampton College where he bounced around various majors, finally settling on furthering his artistic studies. After 22 years in the tennis business he is now concentrating fully on his artwork. Currently, Rich is experimenting with various styles and materials. Realism suits his natural style, but he also enjoys the release that abstraction gives the mind from the confines of the realistic approach.

Jennifer Satinsky: Currently at Satin Sky Photo, Jennifer is new to the area after recently relocating to Amagansett. With most of her time spent photographing family portraits in the tri-state area, she is excited to spend more time on her passion of fine art boudoir. Her goal is to capture honest, classic and sensual photographs to empower her clients to love their bodies.
