KDHAMPTONS FASHION NEWS: KIRNA ZABÊTE BOUTIQUE TO STAY OPEN IN OFF-SEASON
“I’ve always loved the Hamptons and I’ve dabbled with the idea of opening a store out East for a while now,” shares Kirna Zabête owner Beth Buccini. “I looked over Memorial Day weekend and found the former Gail Rothwell space was available at 66 Newtown Lane. We have received such a great response from the community we have decided to stay open in the off-season as well. I have a house in Amagansett, and I love spending my summers out East. I grew up in Virginia Beach so I am a beach girl through and through.”
The store carries all the fashion favorites from the Kirna Zabête SOHO store, including: Celine, Gucci, Fendi, Alaia, Dolce & Gabbana, etc., along with a Hamptons section of must-haves from Lisa Marie Fernandez, Poupette, Love Shack Fancy, and Marysia. The merchandise is a mix of buy now/wear now, plus get a little organized for winter wear.
Dubbed “the high-fashion equivalent of a candy store” by T Magazine, Kirna Zabête is a “must visit” shop for fashion lovers everywhere and is one of the most recognized retail brands in the world. In 2013, after 14 years at their first location on Greene Street, Kirna Zabête moved to their current home, a 10,000 square foot space at 477 Broome Street in New York City. Kirna Zabête will open another store on the Main Line of Philadelphia in November. Visit the web-store at kirnazabete.com.
