The ideal service for anyone wanting to experience authentic local Hamptons cuisine, South Fork & Spoon makes sure busy weekend warriors make the most of their weekends by arriving to their beautiful home with a stocked fridge, chilled wine, steamed lobster and homemade apple pie. In my former life as a city girl, I remember the last thing I wanted to do when I arrived  in the Hamptons on Friday evening was go to the grocery store, and the delivery options out East are non-existent really. South Fork & Spoon takes the hassle out of schlepping to the market with everyone else on Saturday mornings by offering these separate types of services:

2. Beach Picnic Baskets with traditional sandwiches, lobster rolls, wine and more in an insulated, beach-ready tote. [Beach picnic baskets range from about $65 per person up to $90 per person.  The more guests you have the lower the price per person]

3. The Babysitter Dinner [“The Night Out” basket] with kid & babysitter friendly dinners with an activity dessert and educational game .

4. Weekend Home Preparation, which offers services like setting the table, turning on AC/heat, chilling the wine and putting fresh flowers around the house to make the for the perfect arrival.

5. Customized shopping lists delivered from an array of local vendors.

South Fork & Spoon will complete your shopping list along with a meal plan.  The emphasis is that this meal has products from over 15 local Hamptons farm stands, cookshops, grocers & vineyards.  It would take a weekender hours to complete the same experience. SF&S also works toward eliminating a ton of waste – aiming to help clients edit the amounts that they need for the entire weekend- removing any guilt of throwing so much away on Sunday before they leave.
