SHARE

Southamptons hotspot El Verano is proudly featuring Chef Julian Medina’s latest culinary project, Camp Caviar. Camp Caviar is a collaboration between Chef Julian Medina and Fashion Designer and Owner of Southampton Boutique, Laviano, Chelsea Laviano. This playful take on caviar indulgence is designed to be enjoyed at the beach, at home, or at El Verano Southampton where it is incorporated into numerous dishes to highlight a distinctive Mexican flair (below).

El Verano is an upscale Mexican Restaurant owned by Chef Julian Medina. The concept is inspired by the summer houses in Mexico, particularly in Cuernavaca and Valle de Bravo, which are considered escape destinations for residents of Mexico City.

A chic caviar station is always a highlight at KDHamptons parties.

The restaurant recreates the atmosphere of a vacation house, combining elements of nostalgia, tranquility, and vibrant aesthetics. Our menu is a culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant flavors, colors, and aromas of Mexico. Every dish tells a story of tradition, Chef Julian Medina’s passion for Mexican cuisine brings traditional flavors to new heights.

LAVIANO is a luxury women’s couture clothing brand launched Fall 2017. LAVIANO combines the unconventional styles of the past with the demands of the present, rendering the future. Currently sold at flagship boutique Laviano Southampton at 77 Jobs Lane, Southampton.

I like to have caviar served on blinis, a homemade potato chip from the Art of Eating, or on a baby roasted potato from Halsey Farms.

Camp Caviar is served at El Verano and can be purchased on campcaviarclub.com or at Laviano. The Classic Osetra and Imperial Osetra offerings are farm raised Sturgeon, from Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, China.
