Looking for a fresh new take on your holiday tabletop design?  KDHamptons has recently fallen for the charming new designs by Julia Amory.  Born and raised in New York City and the Hamptons, Julia Amory (above) spent many years in the Financial Services industry before she left to follow her true passion in design, by developing the India Amory brand.

India Amory is a lifestyle and home goods brand working in Indian block printed cotton of varying weights.  Julia shares, “We have custom capabilities to work with you to design your own fabric or wallpaper in a limitless array of colors and patterns. Custom projects are endless and inquiries are always welcome. India Amory offers fabulous and affordable solution to large scale needs for parties and weddings.” The collection includes apparel and resort wear as well.

Julia developed the concept for India Amory while searching for printed fabric to use for the tables at her own wedding in Southampton. Unable to find the perfect print at an affordable cost, the solution was to design her own pattern using the Indian block print technique and produce the napkins and tablecloths herself….et voila!  A new business was born.  Julia shares her favorite tabletop designs for the holidays in the Hamptons below…

Julia says, “Inspired by one of my favorite (semi) Christmas movies – using oranges on the table always remind me of the breakfast scene in Little Women where the girls decide to bring their food to the Hummel family – used Jade Bows and some evergreen swag for this setting. (also – rewatch the movie you won’t be sorry!)”

The haute hostess entertains on weekends in the Hamptons with her husband Minot, their rescue dog, Hudson and dachshund Gracie. “This Raspberry Bows tablecloth and Raspberry Clover napkins are a match made in holiday heaven,” says Julia.
