Old Town Beach in Southampton is one of my favorite “drive by” destinations. Four wheeling up the little sandy hill to see a new perfect palette of surf, sand, and sky each day is one of the gifts that makes me miss Manhattan less and less.

Even on this overcast day, the few sun rays peeking through the foreboding clouds created a diamond- like twinkle on the water’s calm surface. Not one person other person on the beach for miles…..just a trail of pawprints!
