Nafta
2 oz. Casamigos Anejo Tequila
1 oz. Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Organe Bitters
Garnish: Flamed orange peel
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add large ice cubes and stir thoroughly. Taste for balance. Strain into a double-wide old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
Pina-Pina Colada
1 ½ oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1 ½ oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Half & Half
¼ oz. Vanilla Extract
½ oz. Toasted Shredded Coconut
Garnish: Fresh pineapple wedge with cherries
Place all ingredients in a mixing tin. Add large ice cubes and shake vigorously. Taste for balance. Strain into a highball or daiquiri glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
Anejo New Fashion
2 oz. Casamigos Anejo Tequila
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange peel
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add large ice cubes and stir thoroughly. Strain into an old fashioned glass over large ice cube. Garnish and serve.
