Manhattan’s newest hotspot Lazy Point is proud to announce its partnership with Montauk’s Ciao by the Beach for Lazy Point Saturdays at Ciao, beginning Saturday, July 4th from 6pm – 4am and continuing every Saturday until Labor Day.

Owner Gunther Bilali and Manager Jason LaGarenne, a longtime resident of Long Island’s East End, launched Lazy Point in 2015 as a unique cocktail bar offering artisanal drinks within an urban beach house setting. Inspired by laid back beach life, Bilali and LaGarenne have created a seaside getaway in New York City’s emerging Hudson Square neighborhood. Meanwhile, Ciao by the Beach is within a stone’s throw away of Fort Pond Bay in Montauk and features an expansive indoor/outdoor bar.

Lazy Point Saturdays at Ciao will feature Lazy Point’s full signature cocktail menu created by Head Mixologist Jeremy Strawn.

Highlights include:

“Beets by Dre” (Fords gin, fresh beet juice and rosemary simple syrup)

2oz Fords Gin

1oz Beet Juice

.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

.75oz Simple Syrup

• Place all ingredients into shaker tin and add 6-8 pieces of rosemary
• Add ice and shake hard
• Pour cocktail over fresh ice in Highball glass
• Garnish with rosemary

“The Volstead” (Reyka vodka, St. Germain, Prosecco, lemon, strawberry)

“Bramble Rose” (Hayman’s Gin, lemon, house made rose jam)

…and signature house-infused pistachio vodka for the “Pistachio Mule”

2oz pistachio-infused Reyka Vodka

.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice

.75oz Simple Syrup

.5oz Fresh Ginger Juice

• Shake and strain into copper mug
• Add ice and top with splash of soda water
• Garnish with lime wedge

Specialty cocktails will also be created exclusively for Lazy Point Saturdays at Ciao.

In addition, Lazy Point will be curating the music with special live performances and resident deejays. The first night of Lazy Point Saturdays at Ciao will begin on Saturday, July 4th at 6pm with a live performance until 10pm, then DJ Mel Debarge spinning until 4am.
