Believe it or not, there are only a few great restaurants in the Hamptons that are literally on the beach. KDHamptons intern Katrina Garry checked out the boisterous beach front restaurant bar and club in Montauk, The Sloppy Tuna. Located at 148 S. Emerson Avenue, the Sloppy Tuna is literally straight off the beach…

The Sloppy Tuna serves lunch and dinner and is equipped with a hip bar featuring live music during the day and a DJ and special events at night. The spot tends to attract a younger, more rambunctious crowd than other Hamptons hot spots and is sure to provide for a wild night!

Okay~ Let’s chat about CHOW TIME!!! We started the decadent meal with the wedge salad topped with blue cheese, bacon, grape tomatoes and a creamy blue cheese dressing. Esther ordered the char grilled burger a top with crispy onions, lettuce tomato and a wonderful special sauce.  Our pal ordered a grilled cheese topped with tomato and bacon…does comfort food get any better than this? Nope!

As the majestic Montauk sun began to set, the bar began to crank it up as the music radiated through the beach front property. Esther’s night ended with our fair share of rum punches and some barefoot dancing!
