Mabley Handler Interior Design has just announced the Fall 2023 opening of  Mabley Handler Home & Design, a hybrid  home furnishings & lifestyle retail store and design studio on West Palm Beach’s burgeoning South Dixie Highway. KDHamptons has more exciting details below…

Founded over twenty years ago by Jennifer Mabley and Austin Handler, the Hamptons based design firm has thoughtfully expanded in recent years, establishing a New York City office and now a South Florida location. Manley Handler will showcase the firm’s sophisticated approach to coastal living and serve as an elevated design resource for the local Florida community as they plan to spend more of their time in the Palm Beach area. 

Austin Handler says, “We are very excited to be anchoring ourselves in the Florida market, having participated in the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach in 2018 and again in 2023. It was  through our second experience that we solidified the point of view we wanted to imbue into the  space, featuring contemporary elements, an iconic Palm Beach flair, and a nod to the area’s past as well as our own. We view Mabley Handler Home & Design as a curation with history, a place where  we can express what Palm Beach Style is to us.” 

Mabley Handler Home & Design offers a hospitable, welcoming shopping experience of curated vignettes that celebrate the design partnerships Jennifer and Austin have cultivated throughout the years. On their shortlist is a locally manufactured, fully  customizable, bespoke upholstery line, select pieces from their most recent licensed furniture collection with Kravet,  as well as an exclusive window treatment program through The Shade Store, and a  curated selection of fabrics and designs that can only be ordered through Mabley Handler Home &  Design. Exclusive accessories, decorative elements, and high-end goods, such as Parisienne perfumes and a private label Italian dinnerware, will only be found at their store. When shopping, you can also keep an eye out for an exciting collaboration with BASK Poolside featuring an exclusive selection of  their chic toweling blazers. 

Jennifer Mabley says, “We wanted visitors to the store to feel like they were entering our Florida  home, inspired by Palm Beach style both classic and contemporary. On the exterior, the neighborhood is welcomed by a newly-painted custom mural that we designed with the highly talented local artist Devin Noel, the Audubon-esque scene sets the mood for a sophisticated  design aesthetic.”  The interior vignettes combine classic looks paired with contemporary details for  a truly unique and personal approach to South Florida design. Jennifer continues, “We are so  excited about our collaboration with Gracie wallpaper, creating custom-designed, original hand painted paper, which will set the tone for the main showroom, featuring a sophisticated Palm Beach  scenery. Another of my favorite design moments includes the Venetian plaster bedroom vignette  that has our exclusive tropical stencil design applied into the finish, and this is a service that will be  available through our design studio.” Austin adds “We’re collaborating with many partners and  vendors that we’ve worked with throughout our careers, and they are part of the story we are telling  as you move through the store and design studio. We look forward to welcoming both clients and  designers to experience something special at Mabley Hander Home & Design, with a legacy built  on a commitment to style, service and design.”
