Navy Beach Restaurant Hosts Third Annual Fundraiser to Benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation Honoring Our Warriors & Supporting Their Families
Navy Beach is honoring Montauk’s Naval history and continuing its partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation to help raise awareness and funds with the third annual fundraiser for the organization. The Navy SEAL Foundation provides immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and their families. On Saturday, June 13th from 4–6 p.m., Navy Beach will host a cocktail party to benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation.
The cocktail party, “Honoring our Warriors. Supporting their Families,” will be the official kick-off to a third season of fundraising efforts at the restaurant. For a $40 entry donation, guests will be able to mingle with retired Navy SEALs and Navy SEAL Foundation representatives as well as others from the Naval Special Warfare community, while enjoying live music by Nancy Atlas, wines provided by Turquoise Life, beer from Brooklyn Brewery, and signature light bites. Following the event, the restaurant will be open for regular dinner service, and reservations are recommended; RSVP to nsf@navybeach.com.

Supporting the Navy SEAL Foundation Throughout the 2015 Season:
Navy Beach will continue its support of the Navy SEAL Foundation throughout the 2015 season, enabling guests to support the cause directly each time they dine at the restaurant. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, a donation of $1 will be added to each dining check in support of the Navy SEAL Foundation. Guests will also be able to increase the value of the donation if they like. In an effort to improve upon the $20,000 raised for the foundation last year, Navy Beach will again match the first $2,500 raised through this season’s efforts. Honoring Montauk’s Local Naval History:
“Navy Beach is honored to support the Navy SEAL Foundation for the third year in a row, and to build upon the results we achieved together in 2014,” said partner Frank Davis. “We feel fortunate to be able to put our efforts towards assisting the Navy SEAL Foundation ‘programs with purpose’ and in a small way supporting these warriors and their families. The experience has been rewarding and the local community’s response and support has been tremendous. Navy Beach’s historical and geographical ties to the Navy offer the perfect backdrop to both celebrate and support the Foundation by raising funds for these elite, brave warriors and their families. Many stories have been shared about the Naval Base that occupied our location and we are proud to build upon that history with our relationship with the Navy SEAL Foundation.”
About the Navy SEAL Foundation:
